Location
The property is located at Cabarita Beach a small seaside village about 90 mins drive from Brisbane and 25 mins from the Gold Coast Airport. There are shops, cafes, restaurants, a pub, the Cabarita Beach Surf Life Saving Club and other amenities within a short stroll.
Main area
Sitting area with smart TV, large 3 seater sofa, single cane chair, coffee table and sliding door opening onto the balcony.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Coffee, tea and milk is provided.
Bathroom/laundry
The bathroom consists of shower, toilet, vanity basin as well as a washing machine. Bath and beach towels are provided as well as shampoo and body wash.
Bedroom 1
Queen sized bed, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. All bed linen is provided.
Bedroom 2
Twin single beds, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. All bed linen is provided.
Outside Area
The pool is available for guest use. Undercover and street parking is available.
Beachfront
Direct beach access is at the front of the property. Just take the sandy path straight onto the beach.
Cabarita Beach
A few hundred metres down the beach is the Cabarita Beach Surf Life Saving Club. At certain times of the year the beach has a flagged swimming area and is patrolled. For more information click on the link www.beachsafe.org.au or contact the Surf Life Saving Club directly.
Seaside
You may decide to walk to Norries Headland, about 1km away, for spectacular views and if you are lucky some whale watching.
